To be an authorized User of Download Center, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Download Center service as an User. By signing up for the Download Center User program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

1.Download Center is legal software, but it is illegal for you to use Download Center to share copyrighted files without permission. When you download Download Center software from www.dmaybelfire.com, you agree to refrain from using Download Center for the purpose of copyright infringement.
2.You agree that Dutch law, excluding principles of conflict of law, will govern this agreement, and that any claim or suit arising out of or related to this agreement must be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in Groningen, The Netherlands. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
3.You agree that in no event will the Company be liable to You for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
4.You understand that the Company may freely assign or otherwise transfer any or all of the rights and obligations described under the Download Center User Contract without your consent and without notice to You.
5.You understand that the Company reserves the right to modify Download Center User Contract at any time.
